Why yoga?

Yoga has, for centuries, been a healing modality designed to quiet the mind and connect to the body and the breath. I have been practicing yoga for years and through this practice I have found a renewed inner strength and ability to let go of things that do not serve my highest good. Maybe you’re seeking what I’ve found through yoga. If so, I hope you’ll join me in class or online.

**Private and Group Sessions are available both in person and via Zoom. Virtual sessions are available for those unable to join or uncomfortable joining any in-person sessions.
